Taryn Mackenzie Williams was the managing director of the Center for American Progress’s Poverty to Prosperity Program.  The Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions held a confirmation hearing for Ms. Williams on May 27, 2021.

Nomination status: Williams was confirmed by the Senate by voice vote on August 11, 2021.
