Aronowitz has over 30 years of experience in the professional liability industry, working as both a coverage lawyer and an underwriter. If confirmed, he will oversee the administration of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), which protects retirement and health benefits for millions of workers and retirees.
