I4AW Launches Future of Work Fellowship

Help Us Equip the Next Generation of Labor Policy Leaders

February 25, 2026 – Institute for the American Worker is excited to announce its inaugural Future of Work Fellowship — a virtual professional development program designed to cultivate the next generation of labor policy leaders.

We could use your help identifying and recruiting the best talent. There’s a strong demand in Washington, DC and across the country for labor expertise grounded in free-market principles that empower American workers and entrepreneurs. I4AW is ready to train and equip them, but we need your help to find the best candidates.

Will you reach out to your network and help us find the very first class of I4AW’s Future of Work Fellows?

We are looking for candidates who are active in the public policy space and want to explore labor as a potential issue- expertise, even if they don’t have any previous labor experience on their resume. Ideal candidates work at think tanks, advocacy organizations, state & federal legislative staff, executive agencies, and trade associations.

Starting in April, our Fellows will convene online weekly to engage in substantive discussion, develop their policy expertise, and build lasting relationships with some of the most influential voices in the free-market labor community. This is an opportunity to learn and grow alongside peers, while interacting directly with nationally-recognized labor experts.

If you know someone ready to lead us into the Future of Work, please encourage them to apply here: https://i4aw.org/fellowship
