I4AW Testifies Before Senate Labor Committee

 On Oct. 22, 2025, I4AW’s Vinnie Vernuccio was one of five witnesses who testified at a hearing of the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Employment, Labor and Pensions titled “Labor Law Reform Part 2: New Solutions for Finding a Pro-Worker Way Forward.”

Vernuccio discussed the benefits of policies that empower every American worker such as:

• defending secret ballot elections
• protecting the rights of independent contractors
• ensuring fair and equal collective bargaining standards
• ensuring a quorum of workers vote before a union is given a monopoly
• and giving unionized workers the right to represent themselves.
