NLRB Member: Scott Mayer

Scott Mayer was nominated to the National Labor Relations Board on July 17, 2025, to fill a Republican seat with a term expiring on December 16, 2029.  He currently serves Chief Labor Counsel at Boeing Co. and has previously held senior legal positions at InterContinental Hotels Group, MGM Resorts International, and Aramark. Mayer also practiced law at Morgan, Lewis & Brockius LLM and Blank Rome LLP.

Nominations Status: On December 18, 2025, the U.S. Senate confirmed Scott Mayer as a Member of the National Labor Relations Board by a vote of 53–43. Mayer’s nomination was considered by the Senate as part of a package of 97 nominations.
