    Communications workers union, AT&T reportedly reach tentative agreement

    September 16, 2024 // The Communications Workers of America District 3 and AT&T have reached a tentative agreement on a five-year deal after a month-long strike, according to sources familiar with the matter. Workers began the strike on Aug. 16, making this the second-longest strike in their union's history.

    House Seeks Information from Unions on Policies to Prevent Corruption

These questions apply both to each union’s headquarters as well as its locals. For example, in the Teamsters letter, she cites a state senator from Illinois who was indicted for taking more than $245,000 in fraudulent income and other benefits from Teamsters Joint Council 25 while purporting to be a union organizer.
