December 7, 2021 // Leaders of the union representing Santa Cruz County workers told the board of supervisors Tuesday that they’re ready to strike against the county government after an overwhelming majority of members voted in favor. Negotiations are set to resume Thursday, and a strike could come soon thereafter.
