Former Chattanooga police chief, unions strike deal over subpoena
January 30, 2025 // The Chattanooga Times Free Press reported in March that Murphy's Tennessee voter registration did not line up with a primary residence tax exemption she received in Fulton County, Georgia. Three months later, Murphy, 56, was indicted on charges including illegal voter registration, false entries on official registration or election documents, false entries in governmental records, forgery, perjury and official misconduct. As part of her criminal defense, Murphy issued the subpoenas to the unions.
Marco Island Police Union Votes “No Confidence” in Police Chief
October 15, 2024 // Marco Island’s police union expressed a vote of no confidence in Chief Tracy Frazzano during a meeting held on September 28. And Frazzano intends to address and correct their concerns, she said. “Events which led to these concerns include, but are not limited to, Chief Frazzano entering active crime scenes in workout attire, making poor operational decisions resulting in unnecessary risk to the wellbeing of our members and the community, and taking disproportionate disciplinary actions against our members,” wrote Marco Island Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 95 President Jonathon Gray in a letter to City Manager Michael McNees dated October 7.

However, FOP union bosses collected fees and later full union dues from her wages anyway without her consent.

This easily can be all averted before this cliff becomes a reality.” Catanzara in recent weeks has sounded the alarm over what he said will be a “bloodbath” in Chicago if his predictions of a mass resignation come true.
The vaccine mandate for Philadelphia city employees keeps getting delayed due to labor disputes
January 21, 2022 // The city’s 3,300 nonunion employees have been subject to a vaccine mandate since December, and the city has seen 99% compliance with the rule, the mayor’s office said. The city’s four major unions each sought separate agreements with the administration over how the vaccine mandate would be managed, delaying its implementation until the labor disputes are resolved.
